ご確認・ご注意事項

(1)下記のうち、一つでも該当項目がある場合はご入館いただけません。
You will not be admitted if any of the following apply

●大小柄に関わらず、刺青・タトゥー・ボディペインティングシールをされている方
Those with tattoos, including fashion tattoos and body painting stickers, regardless of the size of the design.
●暴力団関係者
Members of organized crime groups.
●過度の飲酒（泥酔）をされている方
Individuals who are excessively intoxicated.
●皮膚疾患、その他の伝染病疾患をお持ちの方
Individuals with skin conditions or other contagious diseases.
●お子様だけでのご入館（小学生以下）
Children (elementary school age and under) unaccompanied by an adult.
※発覚した場合、速やかにご退館して頂きます。尚ご返金等は一切お受けできません。
If any of the above is discovered, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please note that no refunds will be given.

(2)下記のうち、一つでも該当項目がある場合は一部の施設をご利用いただけません。
You will not be admitted if any of the following apply

●生理中のお客様：脱衣所・洗い場・浴場はご利用頂けません。
Guests who are menstruating: You will not be able to use the changing rooms, washing area, or baths.
●オムツ・トレーニングパンツが完全に取れていないお客様：脱衣所・洗い場・浴場はご利用頂けません。
Guests who are not fully toilet trained (i.e., still wearing diapers or training pants): You will not be able to use the changing rooms, washing area, or baths.
Use of the changing rooms, washing area, and baths is not permitted for guests who are still wearing diapers or training pants.
※普段はオムツが取れていて、遠出等の理由で念の為にオムツやトレーニングパンツを履いてご来館頂いた場合もご入館は可能ですが、脱衣所・洗い場・浴場にはお入りできません。(完全に取れている必要があります。)
Even if your child is usually toilet trained but is wearing diapers or training pants as a precaution for outings, you are welcome to enter the facility, but they will not be permitted to use the changing rooms, washing area, or baths. (They must be completely toilet trained.)
※大変トラブルが多いですので、予めご確認の上、ご来館下さいませ。
As this is a frequent source of issues, please confirm this information before visiting.

●7歳以上のお子様は異性浴室のご利用は頂けません。（埼玉県公衆浴場法に基づき）又身長が120ｃｍを超えるお子様は異性浴室のご利用をお控えください。（身長の制限につきましては当店が定めたルールです）
※発覚した場合、ご退館して頂く事がございます。
Children aged 7 and over are not permitted to use the opposite-sex baths (in accordance with the Saitama Prefecture Public Bathhouse Law). Additionally, we ask that children over 120cm in height refrain from using the opposite-sex baths. (The height restriction is a rule established by our facility.)

●１８歳未満の方また高校生の方の夜２３時以降のご利用は、保護者の方のお付き添いが必要です。（埼玉県の条例に基づき）
Individuals under 18 years of age and high school students must be accompanied by a guardian after 11:00 PM (in accordance with Saitama Prefecture ordinances).

ご注意事項

1　各種キー（下足キー、脱衣所ロッカーキー、貴重品ロッカーキー・傘立盗難防止用キー）は紛失しない様、お帰りの際までお持ちください

（紛失の場合、鍵交換代金として2,000円を申し受けいたします）。

2　盗撮防止のため、脱衣所・洗い場・浴場での携帯電話、カメラ付き機器・書籍等のご利用はお断りしております。
※状況によりデータを確認させて頂く場合がございます。

3　飲食物のお持ち込みは、保健所の指導により禁止されております。
（紙コップ・コンビニ等の紙コップ・カフェのプラカップ等）
※水分補給を目的としたフタつきの飲料は除きます）

4　ペット類の入館もご遠慮いただきます。
※盲導犬は一部入館を認めさせて頂きます。

5　野外で使用した歩行補助具等は館内でのご利用はできません。
（杖・松葉杖・シルバーカート・車椅子・キャリーケース含む）
※フロントにて館内用の杖・松葉杖・車椅子の貸し出しをしております。

6　お車を運転されるお客様へ
アルコール類のご提供は固くお断りさせて頂いております。

７「顔パック」のご利用は、種類を問わず脱衣所のみでお願い致します。脱衣所以外ではご利用頂けませんので予めご了承下さいませ。

 

忘れ物の取り扱いに関して

当店ではお忘れ物の保管期間は1週間とさせて頂いております。

尚、1週間以内に問い合わせの無いお忘れ物に関しましては以下の通りにさせて頂きます。

1　メガネ・貴金属・時計等貴重品に関しては→大宮西警察に申請いたします。

2　お風呂道具・濡れている衣類・下着・靴下等→館内衛生保持の為、発見されてから１週間後に処分させて頂きます。ご理解とご協力の程お願い致します。

当施設は遺失物法に基づき忘れ物の処理をさせて頂いております。
